Working Leader Differential. 3.1 A differential of forty-five cents ($0.45) per hour above the basic hourly rate shall be paid to an employee designated by the Company to be a Working Leader. A Working Leader is an employee who continues to perform their normal work and who also directs and coordinates the flow of work of three (3) employees or more for a continuous period of one (1) hour or more.
