Working Personnel Sample Clauses
Working Personnel. Working Personnel shall be employed by the Company in accordance with the terms of individual employment contracts entered into between the Company and individual Working Personnel or relevant agreements entered into between the Company and Party A. The standard individual employment contract shall be filed with the local labor department.
Working Personnel. Employees of the Joint Venture shall be employed in accordance with the provisions of this Contract, the Articles of Association, and the terms and conditions of the individual employment contracts concluded with each respective employee.
Working Personnel. 15.2.1 All employees of the Company shall be recruited from the market, and each Party may recommend the appropriate candidates to the Company.
15.2.2 The Company shall employ Working Personnel at its own discretion on the basis of quality, capability and potential of the personnel to be employed by the Company. The qualifications and proficiency of each candidate shall be examined before employment. Labour contracts shall be entered into between the Company and each individual of the Working Personnel. The labour contracts shall be filed with the local labour management department (if required).
Working Personnel. Working Personnel shall be employed by the CJV in accordance with contracts which shall be entered into between the CJV and each worker after the establishment of the CJV. Such contracts shall establish all terms governing the employment, duties and benefits of such Working Personnel (inclusive of obligations regarding confidentiality and non-competition). The Board shall approve the general form and terms and conditions included in such contracts.
Working Personnel. 10.2.1 The Joint Venture Company shall employ Working Personnel at its own discretion on the basis of merit. The qualifications and proficiency of each candidate shall be examined and/or tested before hiring. Labor contracts shall be entered into between the Joint Venture Company and each individual member of the Working Personnel. Terms of labor contracts of Working Personnel shall be determined by General Manager, subject to the provisions of Clause 7.
2.1. Each labor contract shall set out all material terms governing the employment, duties and benefits of the relevant individual and shall be filed with the local labor department.
10.2.2 The General Manager shall determine the number of Working Personnel required based on the operating needs of the Joint Venture Company and Party A’s usual standards for efficient operations, subject to the provisions of Clause 7.2.1.
