Working with Third Parties Clause Samples
The 'WORKING WITH THIRD PARTIES' clause defines the rules and expectations for how parties to the agreement may engage with external vendors, contractors, or service providers in relation to the contract. It typically outlines whether prior consent is needed before subcontracting work, sets standards for third-party conduct, and may require that third parties adhere to the same confidentiality or compliance obligations as the primary parties. This clause helps ensure that the involvement of third parties does not compromise the quality, security, or integrity of the contractual relationship, thereby managing risks associated with outsourcing or delegation.
