Workload/Communication a. Employees agree to remain available for work during their usual work hours for the length of the closure. Employees will check their e-mails regularly during their scheduled work hours for assignments. b. Employees working from home may, but will not be expected to use their personal devices for work assignments. The District will make every effort to provide the technology required for an employee to work remotely when requested. c. Work assignments may be outside of the employee’s normal, daily assignment, including opportunities for professional development. The District and the Association will discuss reasonable, alternative assignments for employees.
