Workmanship and performance. (a) All Services and Deliverables provided under this Agreement will be provided in a manner consistent with the standards of quality and integrity as outlined in this Agreement, the RFP, and CONTRACTOR's Proposal. (b) All Services and Deliverables must meet or exceed the levels of performance specified in or pursuant to this Agreement. (c) CONTRACTOR will perform the Services in a workmanlike manner, in accordance with best practices and high professional standards.
