Common use of Workmanship, Contract and Standard Drawings Clause in Contracts

Workmanship, Contract and Standard Drawings. All Workmanship shall be of the highest quality and all materials and construction shall be as hereinafter more particularly described and in accordance with the Contract Plans and the Standard Drawings on file in the offices of the Department, all of which shall also form part of these specifications. Wherever any feature of the Work is not fully set forth in these general provisions or specifications, it shall be understood that the same be governed by best modern practice, as determined by the Engineer.
