Workplace Delegates Training Leave. An ASU representative, or other appointed representative, shall be entitled to up to five days leave with pay each year, non-cumulative, to attend courses conducted by an approved and accredited training provider, agreed by the parties, and on the following conditions:
46.3.1. The scope, content and level of the courses are directed to the enhancement of the operation of effective settlement of disputes and dispute resolution procedures;
46.3.2. Reasonable notice is given by the union delegate/shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or other workplace representative;
46.3.3. The taking of leave is by agreement with VFST having regard to VFST’s operational requirements;
46.3.4. The ASU representative, or other workplace representative, taking such leave shall be paid ordinary time earnings which normally become due and payable during the period of leave;
