The Contractor must: comply with its obligations under the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth); and not enter into a subcontract made in connection with the Contract with a subcontractor named by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency as an employer currently not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).
