Common use of Workplace Innovation Clause in Contracts

Workplace Innovation. Not precluding Management’s rights to direct or implement workplace innovations, the LMJC will discuss/review workplace innovations of mutual interest that affect Union members. This committee will serve to discuss/review workplace innovations prior to implementation. Workplace innovation includes: self-directed work teams, continuous improvement and significant changes to job re-organization. The LMJC will, in the spirit of mutual respect, work co-operatively in the expeditious resolution of any conflicts arising from these issues.
