Works and restrictions. 11.4.1 The Council may: 11.4.1.1 install, use, maintain, repair, alter, and interrupt Building Services; 11.4.1.2 carry out works on the Building (including extensions, renovations and refurbishment); and 11.4.1.3 close (temporarily or permanently) and restrict access to the Common Areas. 11.4.2 The Council must (except in an emergency) take reasonable steps to minimise interference with the Lessee’s use and occupation of the Premises.
