Works Contracts. Works contracts worth EUR 5 000 000 or more must be awarded by means of an open tender procedure following the international publication of the tender notice.
Works Contracts. 2.1 If the Contractor is selected for any work according to the attached Framework Rules, the Employer and Contractor agree to enter into a Works Contract in the terms established under this agreement. 2.2 Works Contracts will be on the terms of the CIDB Form of Contract as completed by the Employer and the Contractor according to the attached Framework Rules. 2.3 Works Contracts awarded within the Framework Period may be for work that continues after that period.
Works Contracts. 4.2.1. Works contracts worth EUR 5 000 000 or more must be awarded by means of an open tender procedure following the international publication of the tender notice. 4.2.2. Works contracts worth from EUR 300 000 and up to EUR 4 999 999 shall be awarded by means of an open tender procedure published locally. A local open tender procedure must provide other eligible contractors with the same opportunities as local firms. 4.2.3. Works contracts worth from EUR 5 000 up to EUR 299 999 shall be awarded by means of a negotiated procedure.
Works Contracts. 28.1 Hounslow Homes will let and administer such Works Contracts as it deems necessary to deliver the Stock Maintenance Programme subject to the provisions in Clause 5. 28.2 Hounslow Homes will endeavour to agree provisions in the Works Contracts so as to take reasonable account of possible future revisions of the Stock Maintenance Programme in accordance with Clause 27.4 (but without prejudice to Clauses 27.5-6). 28.3 In the procurement of any Works Contracts Hounslow Homes will comply with all applicable European Union and other regulations and take all reasonable steps to adhere to best procurement practice and achieve value for money. This will include where possible undertaking joint procurement with the Council or other organisations. For the avoidance of doubt, should Hounslow Homes fail to comply with the EU procurement regulations then the contract may be procured by the Council in accordance with 5.4.
Works Contracts. CPG shall ensure, and cause the Project Implementing Agencies to ensure, that the bidding documents for Works contracts include provisions to require the contractors to (a) prioritize employment of local people especially women and the poor; (b) provide equal pay for equal work; (c) provide the timely payment of wages; (d) maximize the use of local unskilled labor, as applicable; (e) comply with core labor standards and the applicable labor laws and regulations, including stipulations related to employment; and (f) not employ child labor. CPG shall further ensure and cause the Project Implementing Agencies to ensure that records of labor employment are properly maintained and tracked in the PPMS.
Works Contracts. GPG and BMG shall ensure, and cause LMC to ensure, that the bidding documents for Works contracts include provisions to require the contractors to (a) prioritize employment of local people especially women, the poor and the farmers who lost land due to Project, to comply with the measures set forth in the Gender Action Plan; (b) provide equal pay for equal work; (c) provide the timely payment of wages; (d) maximize the use of local unskilled labor, as applicable; (e) comply with core labor standards and the applicable labor laws and regulations, including stipulations related to employment; and (f) not employ child labor. BMG shall further ensure and cause LMC to ensure that records of labor employment are properly maintained and tracked in the Project’s performance and management system.
Works Contracts. XUARG shall cause AMG to ensure that the bidding documents for Works contracts include provisions to require the contractors to (a) prioritize employment of local people especially women, the poor and the farmers who lost land due to Project, to comply with the measures set forth in the SGAP and EMDP; (b) provide equal pay for equal work; (c) provide the timely payment of wages; (d) maximize the use of local unskilled labor, as applicable; (e) comply with core labor standards and the Borrower’s applicable labor laws and regulations, including stipulations related to employment; and (f) not employ child labor. XUARG shall further cause AMG to ensure that records of labor employment are properly maintained and tracked in the Project’s performance and management system.
