Common use of Worksite Access Clause in Contracts

Worksite Access. (a) The Employer may grant Union Representatives access to the premises for Union business subject to prior permission of the General Manager or designate. Access to the premises for Union business will not be unreasonably denied. (b) Union membership meetings may be held on Employer premises subject to the approval of the Employer. Access to the premises for Union membership meetings will not be unreasonably withheld.
