Workweek Conversion. 1. If an employee is reassigned from a 56-hour workweek schedule to a 40-hour workweek schedule, any vacation leave balance shall be converted to an equivalent amount for a 40-hour workweek by dividing the number of vacation hours by a factor of 1.4. 2. If an employee is reassigned from a 40-hour workweek schedule to a 56-hour workweek schedule, any vacation leave balance shall be converted to an equivalent amount for a 56-hour workweek by multiplying the number of vacation hours by a factor of 1.4.
