World Heritage. 37. The Parties acknowledge that the World Heritage Values of a property included in the World Heritage List are protected by Part 3 of the EPBC Act, as the exemption to the application of Part 3 for Forestry Operations does not apply to a property included in the World Heritage List pursuant to section 42 of the EPBC Act.
