Website Hosting The Company shall host and maintain the website specified in paragraph (j)(1)(iii) of Rule 498A, so that the Fund Documents are publicly accessible, free of charge, at that website, in accordance with the conditions set forth in that paragraph, provided that the Fund and Underwriter fulfill their obligations under this Amendment.

Websites Websites created through the Network and/or linked with the School District’s official website must relate specifically to District-sanctioned activities, programs or events. Websites created using the Network or the School District’s equipment, or websites created as part of a classroom or club assignment or activity are the sole and exclusive property of the School District in perpetuity without any ownership rights existing in the page creator(s). The School District reserves the right to require that all material and/or links with other sites found to be objectionable be altered or removed for any reason or for no reason, in the sole judgment of Superintendent. Claims Made Coverage If any part of the Required Insurance is written on a claims made basis, any policy retroactive date shall precede the effective date of this Contract. Contractor understands and agrees it shall maintain such coverage for a period of not less than three (3) years following Contract expiration, termination or cancellation.

Your use of the internet is at your sole risk and we are not responsible for your equipment, programs or software. Although we strive to provide superior internet service and sufficient bandwidth to our residents, we are not responsible for slow internet or other residents taking up significant bandwidth. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INTERRUPT YOUR INTERNET SERVICE IN RESPONSE TO A BREACH OF THIS LEASE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO A FAILURE TO PAY RENT OR A VIOLATION OF THIS PARAGRAPH 6.

Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to Z-Tel for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent, that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers. 3.2 Except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, subject to Section 3.1, Verizon shall have the right to add, modify, grandfather, discontinue or withdraw, Verizon Telecommunications Services at any time, without the consent of Z-Tel. 3.3 To the extent required by Applicable Law, the Verizon Telecommunications Services to be provided to Z-Tel for resale pursuant to this Attachment will include a Verizon Telecommunications Service customer-specific contract service arrangement (“CSA”) (such as a customer specific pricing arrangement or individual case based pricing arrangement) that Verizon is providing to a Verizon Customer at the time the CSA is requested by Z-Tel.
Hosting 43.6.4.1 At CLEC’s request, SBC-10STATE shall perform hosting responsibilities for the provision of billable message data and/or access usage data received from CLEC for distribution to the appropriate billing and/or processing location or for delivery to CLEC of such data via SBC-10STATE’s internal network or the nationwide CMDS network pursuant to the applicable Appendix HOST, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
