Any amendment to this Master Trust Agreement shall be set forth in writing and signed by the Company and the Trustee and, if consent of any Participant or Beneficiary is required under Section 9.1(a), the Participant or Beneficiary whose consent is required. Any amendment may be current, retroactive or prospective, in each case as provided therein.
