Common use of Written acceptance of the Goods Clause in Contracts

Written acceptance of the Goods. by the Government shall release the Supplier from any obligation to remedy any nonconformity of the accepted Goods or reimburse the Government for any additional costs incurred in obtaining other Goods or substitutes thereof but does not relieve Supplier from any warranty, guarantees or service obligations. The Government shall have the right to inspect the Goods prior to, or at the time of Delivery or within thirty (30) days following Delivery for compliance with this Agreement and other Specifications required by the Government.
