Written Assurance of Discontinuance. The Health Officer may accept a written assurance of discontinuance of any act in violation of these regulations from any person who has engaged in such act. Failure to comply with the written assurance of discontinuance shall be a further violation of these regulations.

And, we must tell you the name of anyone we reported you to. We must tell anyone we report you to that the matter has been settled between us when it finally is. If we don’t follow these rules, we can’t collect the first $50.00 of the questioned amount, even if your statement was correct.
