WRITTEN NOTIFICATION REGARDING LEAVE. Written notification granting or refusing requested leaves shall be sent to the applicant, by the superintendent, in 15 days (working days). If the leave is not granted, the reason for the decision will be included in the notification. Copies of the notification will be sent to the principal/pastor/president.
