WRITTEN PARTICULARS. Not later than 2 months after the commencement of engagement each Individual on 8 hours a week or more shall receive from the Manager written particulars of the terms and conditions of engagement relating to him/her in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ as amended by Schedule 4 of the Trade Union Reform and Employment Rights Act, 1993.
