Written Report. In addition to the report required above, the Vendor shall provide a written report of the investigation to the OIT Chief Information Security Officer within ten (10) working days of the discovery of the breach of security or suspected security incident, or unauthorized use or disclosure involving Confidential Information. The report shall include, but not be limited to, the information specified above, as well as a full, detailed corrective action plan, including information on measures that were taken to halt and/or contain the improper use or disclosure.
