Finalization of Evaluation. A Written Report 1 Before the evaluation cycle is final, and not later than May 10, a copy of the formal written evaluation report shall be given to the teacher and a conference shall be held between the teacher and the evaluator.

If the teacher believes there is an inaccuracy, s/he shall notify the Superintendent or his/her designee on a date designated by the Superintendent each school year.

The Principal or Superintendent shall make a final recommendation for the purpose of contract renewal as required by ORC.
