WRITTEN REPORTS OR OTHER DOCUMENTS. The contractor shall produce the following written reports or other documents as set forth in this Statement of Work: a) Work plan for each assignment to include project cost estimate; b) Periodic status reports on progress; c) Health technology assessment; and d) Other deliverables as assigned for HTA related services or tasks. All written reports required under this contract must be delivered to the Contract Manager.
