WRITTEN REPORTS OR OTHER DOCUMENTS Clause Samples
WRITTEN REPORTS OR OTHER DOCUMENTS. The contractor shall produce the following written reports or other documents as set forth in this Statement of Work:
a) Work plan for each assignment to include project cost estimate;
b) Periodic status reports on progress;
c) Health technology assessment; and
d) Other deliverables as assigned for HTA related services or tasks. All written reports required under this contract must be delivered to the Contract Manager.
