Written Request to Immediate Supervisor. 6.5.1 If the decision on the grievance is not received by the Administrator within 10 days of the discussion with the immediate superior as described in paragraph 6.4, or if the Administrator is dissatisfied with the decision received, the Administrator is entitled to file with the immediate superior a written request for a grievance directed to the employee’s immediate superior. The written request shall be filed with the immediate superior not later than 60 days from the time of its occurrence.
