Written Summary of Termination Decision. In the event that an Employee is terminated for unsatisfactory employment performance, including cases of misconduct, the Employee will be provided with a written notice of the termination. A copy of the termination notice, including a summary of the reasons for the termination, will be provided to the Employee and the Union within seven calendar days from the date of termination.
