Written Supplementals. All teachers employed by the Board and paid to perform assignments beyond regular duties shall be given written supplemental contracts, in addition to their regular contracts. The supplemental contract shall include the following: Name of teacher; Name of school district and board of education; Duration of contract and time period in which supplemental duty is to be performed; Title of the supplemental duty; The amount of pay, basis of pay, and pay periods; Signature of the Board treasurer and the teacher.
