Salary Notices. Salary notices shall be given to teachers under continuing contract no later than June 30 by the treasurer.

1 School Psychologists who are currently receiving a 1.10% “responsibility ratio” based on their individual 2014-15 salary will continue to be paid that same specific amount for the duration of this contract.

Annually, not later than the first (1st) day of September, the Treasurer shall provide notice to each teacher who holds a contract valid for the succeeding school year as to the salary to be paid for such year. The salary indicated on the notice shall include the amount(s) for any and all supplemental contracts that exist for such teacher for the succeeding school year.

In the event that settlement takes place during the period July lst through August l5th, salary notices for all Bargaining Unit Members shall be forwarded by mail to the Bargaining Unit Members’ summer addresses with the normal opening of school notices.

An employee’s scheduled compensation shall be communicated to the employee by means of a Salary Notice on or prior to June 15, except where negotiations relating to compensation for the following School Year are not yet completed, in which case the said Notice shall contain information as to assignment only. When a change in assignment is made, the employee and the Association President shall be notified of new title and salary within five (5) working days of the time when the change is made.
