Common use of Written Verification of Insurance Clause in Contracts

Written Verification of Insurance. Upon execution of this Agreement, the Recipient shall provide the Commission written verification of the existence and amount for each type of applicable insurance coverage. Within thirty (30) days of the effective date of the Agreement, Recipient shall furnish proof of applicable insurance coverage to the Commission’s Grant Manager by standard Association for Cooperative Operations Research and Development (XXXXX) form certificates of insurance. In the event that any applicable coverage is cancelled by the insurer for any reason, Recipient shall immediately notify the Commission’s Grant Manager in writing of such cancellation and shall obtain adequate replacement coverage conforming to the requirements herein and provide proof of such replacement coverage within fifteen (15) business days after the cancellation of coverage.
