WRONGFULLY SUSPENDED OR DISCHARGED. A. If, after review of a suspension or discharge, it is mutually agreed that an Employee who was suspended or discharged was completely blameless of charges regarding the offense, s/he shall be reinstated to his/her former position without loss of seniority and will be paid wages lost as though s/he had not been suspended or discharged.
