Common use of XBRL Clause in Contracts

The interactive data in eXtensible Business Reporting Language incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus fairly presents the information called for in all material respects and has been prepared in accordance with the Commission’s rules and guidelines applicable thereto. The applicable statements made in the certificates described in Sections 7(i) and 7(l) shall be deemed representations and warranties by the Partnership, as to matters covered thereby, to the Underwriters.
