Xerox Delivery Charge. a) The Company will negotiate with the Xerox Business Centre a delivery charge per room equivalent to a sum of one dollar ($1.00) [change to $1.10 effective January 1, 2009.] b) The negotiated amount stated herein, shall be distributed amongst those unionized employees occupying a classification under the Service Department and are required by the Company to provide said service.
