XXX GRANDE SEGMENT DEPLETIONS. Rio Grande Compact compliance and minimization of this Settlement Agreement’s effects on water users outside the Taos Valley have been central negotiation goals. Several projects and other measures provided for herein and developed by compromise of the Parties’ various positions as set forth in this Settlement Agreement are intended to accomplish those goals.
