Common use of XXX Registration and DUNS Number Clause in Contracts

XXX Registration and DUNS Number. The Grantee is responsible for maintaining an active XXX Registration and Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) Number and ensuring that all XXX/DUNS information is current throughout the lifecycle of this Agreement, in accordance with 2 C.F.R. § 25.200(a)(2). If XXX/DUNS information becomes inactive, expired, or incorrect, the Grantee will not be able to do any grant-related business with FRA, including the obligation and/or payment of Federal grant funds, and FRA may take appropriate action to terminate this Agreement, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
