Common use of XXXX Awards Clause in Contracts

XXXX Awards. (a) Vantiv and Worldpay agree that holders of XXXX Awards will become entitled to exercise their XXXX Awards in connection with the Transaction and receive the same consideration in respect of the Worldpay Shares that they acquire under such XXXX Awards as is offered to Worldpay Shareholders;
