Common use of Xxxx Group Clause in Contracts

Xxxx Group. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall prohibit the Employee from (i) at any time accepting employment with, or entering into a consultant or contractor arrangement with, or becoming an officer, agent, owner, or partner of, or becoming an investor in, any entity in the X. X. Xxxx Group; or (ii) at any time soliciting, persuading, encouraging or inducing any other person (including without limitation a present employee of the Company) to enter into such a relationship with an entity in the X. X. Xxxx Group; and the Company agrees that it shall not interfere with, or seek to enjoin, any such activity.
