Common use of Xxxx Waiver Clause in Contracts

Xxxx Waiver. Landlord shall have no lien or other interest whatsoever in any item of Tenant's Property, or any portion thereof or interest therein located in the Premises or else-where, and Landlord hereby waives all such liens and interests. Within ten (10) days following Tenant's request, Landlord shall execute documents in form reasonably acceptable to Tenant to evidence Landlord's waiver of any right, title, lien or interest in Tenant's Property located in the Premises.
