Common use of Xxxxx and Fraud Clause in Contracts

Xxxxx and Fraud. Customer will not: (a) use Products or Services for fraudulent, unlawful or destructive purposes, including, but not limited to, unauthorized or attempted access, alteration, abuse or destruction of information; or (b) use Products or Services in such a manner that causes interference with Sprint’s or another’s use of the Sprint network. Customer will promptly cooperate with Sprint to prevent unauthorized access by third parties of the Products and Services via Customer’s facilities.

Xxxxx and Fraud. Customer will not: (a) not use Products or Services Services: (1) for fraudulent, unlawful or destructive purposes, including, but not limited to, unauthorized or attempted accessunauthorized access to, or alteration, abuse abuse, or destruction of information; or (b2) use Products or Services in such a any manner that causes interference with Sprint’s or another’s use of the Sprint network. Upon notification from Sprint, Customer will promptly cooperate with Sprint to prevent third parties from gaining unauthorized access by third parties of to the Products and Services via Customer’s facilities.
