Common use of Xxxx’x Deferral Clause in Contracts

Xxxx’x Deferral. A Xxxx may approve a one-year deferral for compassionate reasons, or when appropriate to deal with circumstances beyond the control of the applicant, or for any other reasons the Xxxx considers appropriate. Should a Xxxx’x deferral be required more than once, the Xxxx shall seek approval from the Xxxxxxx and Vice-President (Academic).
