Common use of Xxxxx Disbursement Clause in Contracts

CHARITABLE VENTURES will disburse the Grant to the Business within 10 business days after all the following have been completed: 1) all Parties have signed this Agreement, 2) the Business has submitted the required application, financial, and disbursement forms, hereby attached as part of this agreement.
