Xxxxx Height. All stumps shall not exceed 6 inches above ground level measured on the uphill side. Felled trees shall be completely severed from the xxxxx.
Xxxxx Height. Any xxxxx cut so as to exceed a height equal to the diameter of the xxxxx outside bark as measured on the side adjacent to the highest ground or in height greater than 12 inches, except when necessary for safe and efficient conduct of logging, shall be paid for by the BUYER(S) at the rate of $25.00 per xxxxx, which sum shall be regarded as fixed, agreed- upon, and as liquidated damages to be taken from the Performance Bond. Excess xxxxx height is considered damages due to the reasonable forecast that excess xxxxx height would impact future uses of Borough land and act as a hindrance to reclamation and reforestation efforts.

Xxxxx Height. St. Xxx will cut the stumps as low as feasible, xxxxx height not to exceed six inches where possible.
