Common use of Xxxx’x Letter Clause in Contracts

Xxxx’x Letter. 1. The Xxxx will write a letter of transmittal to the Senate Committee, in which they will either concur in the judgement of the Adjudicating Committee or dissent from that judgement. In the latter instance, the Xxxx will give reasons for their recommendation. In cases where the file has been referred back to the Adjudicating Committee by the Senate Committee for reconsideration pursuant to F.3.4. the Xxxx will write a letter of transmittal to the Senate Committee as follows:
