Xxxxx of Attorney. You may appoint an attorney-in-fact for your Account and also revoke a power of attorney. You should notify us in advance if you plan to create a power of attorney involving your Account. We generally will accept a Uniform Statutory Form Power of Attorney that complies with applicable state law. We may refuse to accept other forms of powers of attorney, however, with or without cause. We may act on the instructions of an attorney-in-fact whether or not the attorney-in-fact relationship is noted in the instruction. You can revoke your power of attorney by sending a written notice to us. We assume no duty to monitor the actions of your attorney-in-fact to ensure that he or she acts for your benefit.
