Common use of Xxxxx of Concession, CAAP and Purpose of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Xxxxx of Concession, CAAP and Purpose of Agreement. Tenant is granted a Commercial Aeronautical Activities Permit (CAAP) to operate a concession only to the extent specified in Exhibit F and Tenant agrees that it shall have the right, privilege, and obligation to use the Premises for the purposes set forth in Exhibit F (and no other purposes). All services provided by Tenant in connection with the CAAP and the Premises are subject to City’s prior written authorization in City’s sole and absolute discretion. If City determines (in accordance with applicable Laws and Regulations) to provide any service on an exclusive basis, or City exercises any right to implement Airport programs as provided in Section 5.D, City may require that Tenant cease engaging in substantially similar activities after ninety (90) days prior written notice.
