Common use of Xxxxx of License Clause in Contracts

Xxxxx of License. Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, systemwide perpetual right to access and use the Licensed Materials, and to provide the Licensed Materials to Authorized Users (which are defined in Section IV below) in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Xxxxx of License. Licensor hereby grants to Licensee and Participating Institutions a non-non- exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, systemwide perpetual right to access and use the Licensed Materials, and to provide the Licensed Materials to Authorized Users (which are defined in Section IV belowbelow and listed in Appendix B) in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
