Common use of Xxxxx Terms Clause in Contracts

Xxxxx Terms. The Committee may grant a Stock Appreciation Right independent of an Option or in connection with an Option or a portion thereof. A Stock Appreciation Right granted in connection with an Option or a portion thereof shall cover the same shares of Stock covered by the Option, or a lesser number as the Committee may determine. A Stock Appreciation Right shall be subject to the same terms and conditions as an Option, and any additional limitations, terms or conditions set forth in this Section 7 or the Award Agreement.
