Common use of Xxxxx’s Expenses Clause in Contracts

Xxxxx’s Expenses. Buyer will pay for the following at or before closing: (1) all loan expenses and fees; (2) preparation of any deed of trust; (3) recording fees for the deed and any deed of trust; (4) premiums for flood insurance as may be required by Xxxxx's lender; (5) one-half of any escrow fee; (6) other expenses that Buyer will pay under other provisions of this contract.

Xxxxx’s Expenses. Buyer will pay for the following at or before closing: (1) all preparation fees for loan expenses and feesdocuments; (2) preparation of recording fees for the deeds and any deed of trusttrusts; (3) recording fees for the deed and any deed of trust; (4) premiums for flood and hazard insurance as may be required by Xxxxx's Bxxxx’s lender; (54) one-half of any escrow fee;fees; and (65) other expenses that Buyer will pay under other provisions of this contract.
