Xxxxxx Debit Method. Under the Direct Debit Method, Mxxxxxxx agrees to deposit all Future Receipts into one (and only one) bank account which shall be preapproved by Purchaser (the “Approved Bank Account”). Merchant shall execute an ACH Authorization allowing Purchaser to debit directly from the Approved Bank Account each week the Weekly Delivery Amount via ACH debit, as specified below.
