Common use of XXXXXX/DRIVERS Clause in Contracts

XXXXXX/DRIVERS. On or before each September 15th, Employees who are scheduled and appear for work shall be issued, at the Employer's expense, two tops. Each Employee is responsible for the care and maintenance of these items. Each unit shall have one raincoat and one winter parka available for those scheduled. Black work/dress/cargo pants must be supplied by the Employee and kept clean and in good repair. Replacement costs of uniforms will be paid by the Employee.
