Common use of Xxxxxx I Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxx I. The Employer will supply the Xxxxxx I's with three shirts, at least one (1) shall be short sleeved, three pairs of pants, one uniform jacket, one winter coat, one all-weather coat (raincoat), one pair winter boots and one pair of gloves. The style and colour and accessories to be the Employer's choice with the objective being to present a professional image to our customers. It will be the Xxxxxx I's responsibility to keep these uniforms clean and in good repair.

It will be the Xxxxxx I's responsibility to keep these uniforms clean and in good repair.
