Common use of Xxxxxx Limitation Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxx Limitation. The credit union or bill pay service reserves the right to refuse to pay any payee to whom you may direct a payment. The credit union or bill pay service will notify you promptly if it decides to refuse to pay a payee designated by you. This notification is not required if you attempt to make an excluded, prohibited or legally blocked payment under this or any agreement you have with the credit union. Your enrollment and continued use in the bill pay service may not be fulfilled if the bill pay service cannot verify your identity or other necessary information. Through your enrollment in the bill pay service, you agree that the credit union or the bill pay service reserves the right to request a review of your credit rating at its own expense through an authorized credit bureau. In addition, you agree that the credit union or bill pay service is authorized to obtain financial information regarding your account from a payee or your financial institution (for example, to resolve payment posting problems or for account ownership verification).
